Exercise Equipment?
I do aerobics to music now to lose weight. I am bored with it. I am thinking about getting some exercise equipment such as a stationary bike. What kind of exercise equipment should I buy? I am a young female and I am accustomed to exercising and I am trying to lose weight. I need something for cardio. I don’t have much room in my house and I need something that is not too expensive. Thanks in advance for your time.

Hello,
I like elliptical trainers & treadmills as they give you the best cardio workout and burn the most calories. Some treadmills fold-up for added space, if needed. Hope that helps. See the pages below for some buying tips and other guidance. Good luck!

I have lost a lot of weight on a treadclimber. I have the Bowflex Treadclimber TC5000. It was kind of expensive but they had a finance plan. You may be able to get a good used one for much less than a new. But the workouts burn calories like crazy. It is like a cross between a treadmill and a stairstepper. Good Luck

Exercise equipment can be expensive but then you pay for the quality…..
I would suggest you save enough to buy a really good one (which costs quite a bit) rather than going for a cheap one but turns out to be crappy and won’t serve your intended purpose.
Believe me, if you buy say, a treadmill costing less than $200, you’ll be in for a disappointment because any min the thing could just give way and break down…..
While waiting to save up, why not start cardio routine that doesn’t need exercise equipment like jumping rope (you just need a jump rope), swimming (only your swim wear), jogging/running/ /walking (only a pair of cross trainers for the purpose), jumping on a trampoline……..?
They’re excellent cardio exercises; try them out.
By the way, if you’re buying a treadmill, here’s the buying guide for your reference: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/buy-treadmill.html
