I use the pipe weight that does not build my chest. i do it at home. dont see any result exerpt my muscle and my sholder

@VampirePrinc3 12 – 15 reps will still put on mass and make you look more muscular but you’re right it won’t help you with strength.

its been almost a year iv been doing gym nd recently iv noticed my left chest is getting bigger than my right one. Plz advise what i should be doing? oh yeah im right handed by the way, so it requires me to push a bit extra from the left.

@VampirePrinc3 My routine is keep doing it until I can get 3×12 in good form. Then I try and go up to 3×15. Then I repeat for 3×12 with a weight 5lb higher… The weight is increasing, so…

you not suppose to do 12-15 reps when you training to gain mass or strength

@NoDoubtsss no i can lift 187 pounds on a chest press and my weight is 120 pounds. Im not lieing, I do loads of push ups.
