Something really important with this machines is to keep your feet relaxed. Its very easy to tighten up the feet and shins and take pressure off the hamstring. You should only be feeling the hamstring during this workout.

Lol no, this is for your hamstrings, everything he just said is right, its not for quads, because when your using your quads on the way back down, the weight is going back down and not being used.. duh, its the hamstrings pulling the weight down
