How does someone become a Fitness Trainer? What do they have to do to become one?
Go to college and major in Kinesiology.
Physical Therapy classes would help too but Kinesiology is the main thing you want to study. Can take 2-4 years depending on the college.
I wanted to do the same thing. 
But then I found out it was risky and I wanted something more dependable.
