Question for a fitness trainer or some kind of specialist?
I am 28 year old female, I am already changing my eating habits to become healthier and lose weight. I want to build up my arms (biceps & triceps), my back muscles, and my thighs. What kind of excercises should I be doing for each. Please be specific for each and tell me how many reps and how many days a week? Thank you so much!
push ups work all of that. Try to do like 25 a day then build yourself up. You dont have to do them all at once if you can not.. You can do 10 here and then 10 there.. or if you watch tv do them during commercial break. If you want to lose weight do cardio… Try to do jumping jacks or jump rope through an entire song without stopping. Do that a couple or few times a day…. and running works a lot too and burns calories. I am not a fitness trainer but I am studying to get my certification and that is just what I reccommend but after a week of building staminia try to move up to like 40 push ups and 2 songs of jumping jacks or jump rope.
