tammy, i’ve got a question. hope you gonna answer it..
i like working out, especially my butt is quite “loose” and needs some firmness, but i dont think those butt work outs are exhausting at all… why is that?
its different with belly work outs – i can always feel them work..
btw i like your vids, you almost feel like a friend to me.

Hydrants don’t work the hip flexors they work the hip abductors–also way too much lumbar spine rotation-hips need to be kept square and still–on knee ups right leg was too abducted. Work on your technique.

maybe they might be OK for burning fat and getting decently toned i guess.. but ooh well, each to his own. and.. the sad thing is that a lot of ppl actually thinks only 5 minutes a day is enough :l
full body workouts are usually not as effective if you do want a stunning physique
