Recently come back from an ankle injury and i now have 4 weeks to gain a solid fitness base for an AFL football carnival in 4 weeks.
Does anyone have a good program for 4 weeks??

i am have been searching for a plan like this for ages. but really. all you need to do is really push yourself to do a lot of exercise kike cardio, which will not only help burn fat but really help you become fit.
i would say go for a run at least once a day. do push-ups-200 a day. 200 sit-ups and maybe go to the gym and lift weights to gain strenght??
