Is this a good enough fitness level going into Air force basic training?

1 Mile-8 Minutes
Pushups-40
Situps-40
Pullups-8

What do you guys think I need to improve on before I go into Basic Training? Probably the mile?
I leave april 28th, so I got loads of time to improve my fitness level.

I've only been running for around 2 weeks and I was very out of shape to start.

You need to work on your sit-ups hardcore. 40?!? I don't mean to be an ass but that's not to good. And you need to start running 1.5 miles instead of just one. Your Pushups and Pullups aren't bad though, I'll give you that. When do you leave? Hopefully you can improve your stats.

Get your 1.5 mile around 11:30 or under. Also try to run atleast 2 miles minimum before leaving. And Don't listen to these assholes telling you it's gonna be easy.

edit: Since your not leaving till april you'll do fine. Just work on your pushups, and run.
