Is it true that Vladmir Putin made a fitness training video showing him doing martial arts moves?
If so, then where is it available?
Yes he did but it's not commercially available.. you might find a copy if you have a contact in a Russian Judo School though. There are extracts you can find on youtube…
He coauthored a book as well..

I'm certain it was more of a Pro-Russia, Pro-Putin, let's got back to communism propaganda piece than anything. Everything he does is that way.
