Meaning of Muscle Fitness
Muscle fitness can mean two different things including a person has more powerful muscles so they have the ability to lift heavier object, or it can mean that they will work for a longer period of time before becoming tired- have more strength and stamina to outlast others. This higher level of fitness can be achieved through a combination of strength and weight training, and a blend of cardiovascular and flexibility training.
Before beginning a fitness regime you will need a plan. You need to have a general idea as to what look you are trying to achieve. Once you have that in mind or on paper you will need to begin the early phase of laying out a foundation which can involve months of gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts.
You may experience months without seeing very drastic results especially if you look in the mirror more than once a day. It is common for us to think that we still look the same but slowly daily improvements were happening all along and it is just difficult to see when you look at your body every day. Eventually you will look in the mirror and realize that you have achieved your goal, now it has become a matter of keeping the weight off and the muscles strong and firm.
When you are considering muscle fitness you see that it is the aspect of general fitness and concentrates on developing the strength and size of out skeletal muscles. This will involve some weight or resistance training. Most of us associate muscle building weight lifting with body builders rather than those simply trying to be healthier. In fact there are both health and cosmic reasons that we all should strength train.
When you train and have proper muscle fitness you will be able to lift heavier objects easier and will also be able to have more stamina and work for long periods of time without becoming tired. Keeping muscle fitness and tone also helps you to avoid injuries to your bodyâ??s joints. This is because your muscles have become more flexible and have the ability to deal with the stress you place upon and around your joints.
You should have professional assistance when you are beginning a weight training program so that they can help you design a workout that includes total muscle balance. You should choose a similar number of exercises and sets to complete for the opposite muscle groups.
If you donâ??t balance the exercises you are susceptible to injury and you posture can be altered if there are significant amounts of training that are completed one and not the opposite one. This can lead to muscular weakness and also postural deficiencies. You need to have an overall body workout to achieve the maximum results when strength and weight training.

Does having a subscription to 20 some odd muscle/fitness magazines mean I’m gay?
I was going to start working out, so I got a subscription to one of those bodybuilding magazines. You know, the ones with the really awesome looking dudes with ripped abs, ginormous well sculpted pecs, and huge mountainous biceps. Well, I couldn’t get motivated to start a work out routine, but I kept the subscription. I enjoyed the magazines so much, that soon I subscribed to another, then another, and another. I think I eneded up spending like $1500 on these things. Anyway, the other day ago, a friend of mine stopped by, and when he came in my room and saw the huge stack of mags, he freaked and called me a fag! Since then, I’ve been depressed. I tried getting rid of the magazines but, something about them keeps me from going through with it. What’s worse is that I know my mom has seen them, and yesterday I came home and she had bought me a pink shirt and a yellow neckerchief. Then my dad hinted at taking me to the bunny ranch to "make a god damn man out of me". I’m really confused!

Some people know they are gay by the time they are 5 years old, others don’t figure it out until they are 50. If you are unsure, don’t worry about it. There is probably a PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) near you if you wanted to talk to someone. But buying body building magazines does not indicate your sexual preference. That you have bought so many may indicate other problems that need to be discussed with a therapist. Getting away from your parents sounds like a good thing to do as well.

BRA, do you fantasize about the men in the magazines sexually? If so, then yes, you are gay. Otherwise, you’re just an idiot for wasting so much money on these things.

Don’t listen to the insensitive bastards that responded to your question, you had an honest question and you deserve an honest answer.
I would have to ask what do you do with the magazines? Do you find the men in them attractive? Or what? You said that you are not working out so is there really a need to keep them?
To fix the fact that your parents think you are gay I would say bring a girl home and bang her in your bedroom, make sure your parents can hear. JK. Although as much as I think that that would work please dont do it. For real though if you have a girlfriend let your parents meat her, you would be amazed at how easily their mind will change just from introducing them to your girlfriend. Personal Experience.

Just having the subscriptions doesn’t mean you’re gay. Nor does boinking a hooker make you straight.
But it may be time to take a hard look at your sexuality. Do you masturbate while looking at the pictures in the magazines? When you slip into bed at night, do you think about curling up with one of the models? In real life, when you walk into a room full of people, do you check out the gals first, or the guys? Picture a cold, dark, stormy night and think about who you really would most want to cuddle with.
If you really are gay, admitting it, at least to yourself, and spending more time with the real thing may save you a bundle on all those magazine subscriptions.
And if you’re not, your dad should be aware that many otherwise straight young men have been turned off to sex by a bad experience with a hooker.
And in any case, tell mom that yellow and pink clash and neither one goes with your eyes.
