@IanALane Well during the other 23 hours im working for about 8-10 labor in a kitchen sweating bigtime moving fast, so its not like im exactly doing nothing being lazy i only eat the greesy foods because i am around it in that enviroment it has nothing to do with being lazy

@DominionFTW Hahaha. Dude… you probably already know the answers to how to get into better shape. Stop eating greasy, nasty ass foods. Start eating more than once per day… and start moving your lazy ass. (Ps. 1 hour daily, isn’t enough. What the hell are you doing with the other 23?)

Excuse me Darrell, Hi ok so I weigh about 210 pounds (Male), Im not exactly obese or unproportionate I am however fairly out of shape. I eat about 1 solid meal a day and its usually junk greasy food (I work in a kitchen). Im very happy about my current weight and only want to turn it into muscle now. I have no equipment yet and about 1 hour to spare everyday.
My question is what area should I start with when it comes to Weightlifting exercises? -Jay
