I'm a full back and i want to be much fitter so what do you think i should do at the gym and how long for etc??

Just do a lot more exercise, record some data on your workouts, like how many press-ups, sit-ups, squats and 20metre sprints you can do in 2 minutes(2 mins for each exercise) keep recording it like once a week and see how you improve.
