Besides, the obvious acrobatics, gymnastics, and sword training, what else would Nightcrawler’s workout consist of as far as weightlifting, martial arts, sprinting/running, and anything else? I’d prefer an answer from someone who knows the X-Men comics (not the movie) well, but all are welcome. Thanks!

Nightcrawler trains pretty much by just putting himself in combat simulations in the danger room. A lot of the time it is fighting robots etc. which he defeats with all the abilities you have described (swordfighting, acrobatics etc).

For his BAMFs in particular, he sometimes trains by trying to teleport at further distances or with shorter recovery time between ‘ports. Also trying to teleport with larger and larger objects to increase his potential.
