Take up a sport, like karate, swimming or a sport that interests you. Or if you have a dog, go on walks with it and play with it in your yard.
And along with those things, the new Nintendo wii, is pretty fun, that has you up and jumping around. My brother whose 13, loves it.

Pick a day that you avoid PCs, Video games or anything else making you stare at a screen!
Go outside! Other than fresh air you’ll develop social skills hanging with friends and possibly make new ones.
Join a club, a band, an ANYTHING….just something that won’t have you sitting around

You don’t have to worry about it! Just get off the couch, the computer, away from the TV.. and play outside! Run around with your friends! Get into sports! Don’t worry, just eat healthy and be a kid.
